THE MOST KNOWN LOCATION

If you know Lake Garda for windsurfing, you are certainly also familiar with the Malcesine car park in Rettelino, also referred to as “the Park" by frequent visitors. This spot gets crowded when the wind blows from the north.

Freestyle
The freest expression of movement on a sailing board.

In which spots can you practice?
• Retelino (Parcheggione o Park)
• Spiaggia di Assenza
• Pra del la Fam
• Navene
• Il Pier
• La Conca d’Oro di Torbole

4 USEFUL TIPS

4 tips that could be useful if you were not practical about Lake Garda.

1) On the lake as everywhere there is a navigation regulation that also establishes the precedence, unfortunately not everyone knows about it, so caution.

2) Before starting each edge, make an overview of the lake to locate any means of transport such as hydrofoils, ferries or boats, to avoid finding them behind, or falling along their routes.

3) When a storm approaches, avoid entering the water: the lake and wind conditions can change in no time.

4) Never underestimate the lake thinking that: "somewhere you always get to shore"; ask for information and advice to locals or surfers greeting shaka brah who know him well.
